That is a mighty big statement and by the end of this book, we hope that you will agree with us?
In order to understand our book InsulThin Keto you must understand insulin. So just what is insulin and what exactly does it do for us? Insulin is a hormone produced by your pancreas, more specifically, the beta cells in your pancreas. And its job is to push primarily sugar into your cells, so they can have fuel to function. What's wrong with that you say? Well nothing on the surface . . . But when you consume but don't use all the carbohydrates (aka sugar) and proteins (aka sugar), you make a health problem that’s called a fatty liver; which in turn makes insulin resistance; which will cause your pancreas to make more insulin; which will cause a worsening of your fatty liver; which makes you more insulin resistant; which will eventually fatten and fatigued your pancreas. And then your cells will be so full of sugar that your beta cells won't be able to produce enough insulin to push anymore sugar into your cells. Which then makes your insulin ineffective and then you will be diagnosed a full blown Type 2 diabetic.
